Head Varsity Coach

Glenn Hartson
Glenn Hartson graduated
from Midlothian High School in 1981. He lettered in
Football, Basketball, and Track. He received his BS from
Tarleton State University in 1986.
Hartson is
in his 22nd year of teaching and coaching
serving 11 years as a head coach. He began his coaching
career in Irving as a Jr. High Coach, moved to Midlothian in
1987, and coached at the Jr. High for 2 years. In 1989, he
moved to Cross Plains High School as the head basketball
coach. After Cross Plains, Hartson moved to Cedar Hill as
a Jr. High Coordinator. He held this position for 1 year
before moving to the high school to coach Varsity Football
and Assistant Basketball.
Hartson
became the head basketball coach at Midlothian in 2000 and
led the Panthers to the play-offs for the first time in 26
years. His teams advanced to the play-offs 6 out of 8
years, winning 2 District championships, 2 Bi-district
championships and advancing to Regional Quarterfinals -
first time in school history. In addition to leading a
successful basketball program, he has served as Boys
Athletic Coordinator for 5 years.
Honors for
Coach Hartson include being named District Coach of the Year
3 times and nominee for THSCA All-Star Basketball Coach in
2007. He has been a member of the THSCA for 22 years, a
member of NTBCA and TABC where he is currently serving as
All-Region coordinator.
He and his
wife Brenda have been married 23 years and have 3 girls:
Lauren (19), Cameron (16), and Maegan (11). |
Varsity Assistant

Cesar Condarco
Cesar Condarco is in his 6th year on the MHS staff. He
coached at Frank Seale Middle School his first year.
Cesar
is a graduate of Seminole High School and he attended Texas
Tech University where he studied Exercise and Sports
Sciences.
Cesar is married to the former Summer Olson and
they both have a young daughter, Carmen Condarco.

Pat
Richmond
Pat Richmond
is in his 2nd year on the MHS staff. Prior to coaching
at the high school, he coached at Walnut
Grove Middle School .
He spent his
first three years coaching at Worley Middle School in
Mansfield, Texas. Pat is a graduate of Arlington Martin
High School and he attended Baylor University where he
worked with the men’s basketball team from 1996-2002.
Pat
is married to the former Dawn Smith who teaches and coaches
at Frank Seale Middle School.

Freshman Coach

Tim
Strueby
Tim Strueby graduated from LaMarque High School in
LaMarque Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree
from The University of North Texas.
Tim began his teaching
and coaching career at William H Byrd Junior High in
Duncanville, where he coached both basketball and football.
He was promoted to Duncanville Ninth Grade School and
continued coaching basketball and football. While coaching
in Duncanville, he was a part of the basketball staff that
won State Championships in basketball during the 1991 and
1999 seasons. He coached basketball and football for one
year at Boswell High School in Saginaw Texas. Tim then began
coaching in Midlothian.
This is Tim’s 3rd year to coach
Freshman Basketball and his 6th year to coach in Midlothian.
He is married to Laurie and they have two Children. Erin is
a student at Florida State University and Zach is a student
at Midlothian High School.
